It protects fitness coaches / trainers as they give direction on how members train / workout. It covers the protection against claims for property damage, financial loss, or bodily / personal injury arising from an act, error or omission in the operators duties. 

The standard limits on anything are from $1mil - $10mil professional indemnity / civil liability depending on what industry you work in.
